3 STEP GUIDE TO RETURNS
Step 1. Take item to local Post Office.
Step 2. Once we've received and checked your returned item and all is Hunky-Dory, you'll receive your UNIQUE CREDIT CODE by email. Valued at original item price.
Step 3. Pick a new size or style and CHECKOUT. Enter your code at the discount section.
You have 14 days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return; your item must be in the original packaging, unworn, with all labels still attached and include an invoice as proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a credit note for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
Our address is on your invoice and our packaging is reusable. Please note we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns. Make sure to ask for a proof of postage receipt at your local Post Office as we cannot be responsible for any lost, missing or damaged parcels.
Customers outside EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
EXCHANGE FOR A CREDIT NOTE
We offer our costumers a credit note.
If you wish to change your item for an alternative size or style we suggest that you return it for a credit note and purchase the new style separately. A unique code will be created and sent to you by email. Simply enter the code at the checkout to redeem your credit note on your next purchase.
